NO ON-LINE PAYMENTS ACCEPTED. Please include student name, phone number and sport on check. Please calculate the amount based on the fees listed below. If you have already reached your family cap then there would be no fee assessed. Please inform athletic office if cap has been reached.
User Fees:
First sport $300
Second sport $150
Third sport $75
The family cap for fees is $750
Boys Ice Hockey requires an additional $100 (additional monies not included in family cap).
Girl's Cooperative Ice Hockey $400 (additional monies above regular user fee are not included in the family cap).
Please make sure to attach a copy of your athlete's physical to your check. All physicals must be updated with the Athletic Office within one month of their expiration date. Students who do not have update physicals will not be allowed to participate in practice or games.
Your child's spot is not reserved until your payment has been completed.
We would not want a family’s current financial situation to be a reason for not participating. If you feel the need for assistance in paying for this opportunity, financial aid information is available by calling the Office of the Athletic Director at 978-794-3144.
All Students must be registered prior to participation.
A $25 fee will be charged for checks returned. No refunds will be granted after the first competition is completed. CHECKS ARE NOT DEPOSITED UNTIL ROSTERS ARE FINALIZED. If your child does not make a team please call the athletic office to have your check returned.
