This year, instead of an in-person event, the ABECC staff has prepared this video for incoming Kindergarten families. If you have questions about Kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year, please submit them via this Google Form, and they will be answered as soon as possible. Half or Full Day?

It says on the website that kindergarten may be half days again this fall. When will this decision be made?

The final decision will be made during the summer based on the town's health department guidelines.

Bus Routes

Logistical Question: Do the bus routes flip-flop each year? We are currently the last stop on the way home, but wondering if we will be the first stop next year? (It's a half hour difference so it will change if we require Kids stop or not. Thank you!

Bus routes do change from year to year depending on the students. We can't guarantee bus times this early.  Bus times are determined closer to the start of the school year once all registrations are completed.

Community Programs and email notifications

The community programs director referenced email blasts that go out regularly - how do we sign up to be included on those emails? Is there a similar form of email communication from the ABECC that we should look to sign up for as well?

Email communications from the ABECC will go out regularly each week starting the first week of school.  Once you complete the registration for kindergarten, you will be asked to include your email address on the Power School account you create.  This will automatically sign you up for all ABECC email communication.
