Hey Hey Hey, Franklin Families! Below, I have attached a copy of the Dismissal Form for you to fill out and send in with your child on the first day of school. This form enables us to know how to send your child home safely. If at any point throughout the year you need to change the dismissal plan for a day or two, please send in a note to your child's teacher that morning alerting him/her of the change for the day. If your plan is changing permanently though, please fill out the form and send it in to your child's teacher again. Thanks for your cooperation! |
