Academic Development Center/Peer Tutoring The ADC, room 1003, will be open for business starting Monday, September 18th, 2017. The days and hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday, from 2:15 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. Teachers can send Mrs. Cody their test/quiz takers, students that need assistance with organization, those in need of access to computers, students who would benefit from extra help in their academics, or students that just need a quiet place to get their homework done. The ADC is also the home to students in need of credit recovery. Peer tutors from NHS will be at the ADC from Monday - Thursday, 2:15-3:15 p.m. While students do not need to stay the whole hour if their work is done, we do ask that the students arrive promptly at 2:15 so that the tutors are not waiting around. The ADC is doing something different this year and will have two peer tutors there Monday - Thursday, who will be able to help in a variety of subjects. ADC will run on collaboration/early release days by appointment only. |
