Good afternoon NAMS Families, I hope that this message finds you and your family well. First, I would like to apologize for the Internet issues we experienced this morning. I was in a meeting with all grade 8 staff when we needed to take our meeting outside. Soon after the district made the decision to send staff home to work. Some staff were back online soon after while others had much longer commutes. Once again, I saw NAMS staff deal with these challenges with professionalism, flexibility, and patience. As promised the focus of today’s message will be a review of the NAMS Parent/Guardian Guide. I would like to ask all families to review this guide in its entirety before next Wednesday, September 23, 2020. I have reviewed different sections of the guide and recorded it in video form for you as well.
