Final Grades

Students’ grades for Trimester 1, 2, 3, and final grades are available to view in PowerSchool. You can view all of the grades after selecting Quick Lookup after logging into PowerSchool. I would recommend viewing this on a computer rather than a cell phone.

Summer vacation is a time to recharge for students and families and I hope that you are able to enjoy some much deserved rest and relaxation. Summer is also a time to keep learning alive for our students so I would recommend that students read for at least 15 minutes per day and work on math for 15 minutes per day. Below you will find the summer reading information and access to additional math and other resources.

Summer Reading & Access to Online Books

Summer reading assignments will be available soon on the district’s website, our school’s website and the NAMS Library Homepage at NAMS Library @home. Here, you will find lots of places to access eBooks and digital audiobooks.  There are also lots of resources to help you decide what to read next! Also, if you do not have a physical library card from Stevens library, you may now get an eCard. This will enable you to access all of the electronic resources offered at the Stevens Memorial Library. Instructions to get an eCard can be found on the homepage of the Stevens Memorial Library website.

Free Math Resources through Khan Academy

Get Ready for Grade Level is free for students and families. The courses are available in English on our website and mobile app today. Like all our courses, they are completely free. The courses will be available in Spanish the week of June 22.

Students start by taking a Course Challenge. The Course Challenge helps them understand what they need to review. If they have gaps for the grade they’re entering in the fall, students spend their time mastering the important skills they need to fill those gaps. If they don’t have gaps, students accelerate ahead and brush up on the skills they need for next school year.
