The North Andover Merchant Association is holding a town wide Halloween Window Painting Event for young Artists in Grades 3-8. Students will work in groups that will team up with local businesses to paint their storefront windows. The event will happen on October 17, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. There is a 10$ participant fee and artists must bring their own brushes and paints.
